Sangeet Natak Akademi invites applications for the post of Secretary, Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi. The post will be filled up by direct recruitment on contract basis initially for 5 years, extendable by 3 years. Deputation is not applicable.

Secretary,45 to 50 years (Age Relaxation as per Govt Rules), 15,600-39,100 with grade pay of 7,600/- plus admissible Central Government allowances.,02 Years

Educational Qualifications:

(a) Post Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferably in social sciences / humanities / language / literature/music/dance/drama etc.
(b) Wide ranging understanding and knowledge of performing arts as performer/ writer/ editor producer for which evidence should be submitted and
(c) Proven administrative ability of not less than 10 years in responsible position entailing formulation, planning and execution of projects connected with performing arts.
