EMPLOYMENT VISA FOR SAUDI ARABIA:
· VISA SLIP: Issued by Ministry of Labor (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
· AUTHORIZATION LETTER (Wakala وكالة) to the name of Authorized Agency by Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs with valid license No.
· MEDICAL FITNESS REPORT by any one of the GAMCA Approved Medical Centre.

· ORIGINAL PASSPORT valid for not less than six months.
· Eight Passport Size (3.5 x 4.5) photographs having white back ground.
· For all professional workers: Original Degree / Diploma or other educational documents are required; that show the eligibility of the candidate for the profession / category mentioned on the visa as per regulation of Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia (The document must be attested by concerned HRD, Ministry of External Affairs and Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia)
· Valid Driving License for all drivers.
· Trade Certificate for skilled workers.
· If the applicant has previously worked in KSA, A release letter from the previous employer is required.
BUSINESS VISIT VISA: [It might be of two types (Single Entry / Multiple Entries)]
· Original Passport valid for not less than six months
· Invitation Letter. (خطاب الدعوة)
· Company Registration Copy of Sponsor Company. (شهادة تسجيل فرع مؤسسة)
· Two Passport Size photographs having white background.
· Covering Letter on the letter head of Indian Company, Stating the visitor’s designation, purpose of Visit and nature of business.
· Recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce, Which the Indian Company is associated with
FAMILY VISIT VISA / IQAMA VISA:
· Original Passport valid for not less than six months
· Visa Copy issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOIA)
· Sponsor’s Iqama Copy
· Sponsor’s Passport Copy
· Relationship Proof (In case of spouse: Marriage certificate, In case of Children: Birth certificate, In case of In-Laws: Spouse’s Passport and Iqama Copy,)
· Two Passport Size photographs having white background.
· Polio certificate is required for the child below fifteen years
· Medical Fitness report from GAMCA Approved Medical Centre is required; in case of IQAMA (Permanent Residence) Visa.
RE-ENTRY EXTENSION VISA:
· Original Passport valid for not less than six months
· Exit & Re-Entry Visa (Original visa is required)
· Iqama Copy
· Extension Letter from Jawwazat in Saudi Arabia, (Issued by Jawwazat on Sponsor’s request)
· Request Letter from Sponsor addressing to the Consular of Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia to extend the visa. (The letter should be duly attested by Saudi Chamber of Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
· Two Passport Size photographs having white background.
· Bonafide Certificate (In case of Student)
