The government charges a Green Tax of six dollars per person per day from
resorts, vessels, and hotels and three dollars per person per day from guest
houses. Green Tax is a tax that encourages people not to harm the environment
or to help pay for things that are good for the environment.
Exclusions
TCS* 5% will be applicable on the total package cost.
Tax Collected at Source is the tax payable by a seller which he collects from the
buyer at the time of sale.
*With a view to widen the tax-net, the Indian Govt. (vide the Finance Act, 2020)
has extended the scope of Tax Collected at Source ( TCS ) provided under
Section 206C of the Income-tax Act, 1961
As of now airfare in the package is calculated at Rs. 22,000/- (per person). Any
increase in the Airfare, Airport Taxes, Fuel Surcharge & Web check-in Service
charges (if any) to be Paid Extra
