As the name suggests, Sciatica is the pain that branches out along the path of the sciatic nerve. It radiates from the lower back and further spreads down to the buttocks and eventually each or any of the legs.

But back pain and leg pain can be of different types and can differ in intensity. So, how does one know if it is sciatica pain or normal leg pain? Here are some of the first signs of sciatica which calls for a visit to a specialist:
