Educational Qualification and Minimum Experience (as on 31.12.2015)
Company Secretary -> Associate Company Secretary. Overall minimum 22 years executive experience for the post of Company secretary (E-8) / 18 years executive experience for the post of Company secretary (E-7) in any CPSE/ State PSE/ Private Company
JGM (Corporate Communication & Public Relations) -> Post graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising and Communication Management/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism etc. from a recognized Indian Institute/ University. Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Chief Security Officer -> Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institute. Should have served in the rank of Lt. Colonel & above, in the Indian Army or equivalent rank in the Indian Navy/ Air force. Candidates currently working in any CPSE / State PSEs/Government Organizations/ Autonomous Bodies / Nationalized Banks will be preferred.
Chief Manager (Personnel) -> Two year Full time Master's degree/Diploma in Management with specialization / elective in HR/Personnel Management or its equivalent or Two year Full time Master's degree in Social Work, from a recognized Indian Institute/ University. L.L.B Degree will be an added advantage. Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Chief Manager (CSR) -> B.E./B.Tech/ Two years duration regular Master's Degree in any discipline/Two year Full time Master's degree in Social work with specialization/elective in Community development/ Rural Development/ Child care and development Practice/Urban and Rural Community development/ Rural and Tribal development/Development Management from a recognized Indian University/Institute. Experience in handling CSR projects will be an added advantage. Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience.
