POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Manager - Projects B.E Civil Eng. Civil Engineering graduate with
minimum 15 Years of work experience and 10 years as Project Manager
managing various projects from start to finish in a
turnkey-design/supply/fix marble and stone finishes company.Responsible
for the overall planning, management, execution and control of all the
assigned projects and should be able to communicate and coordinate well
with all parties involved.He must be conversant with project planning,
site management, cost review reports and resource optimization with
ability to draw up timely procurement plan, production schedule, cost
control etc.,. Should be able to generate project related MIS reportsand
must be proficient in MS office applications with knowledge of AUTOCAD and
planning tools.
Project Engineer Graduate Civil Engineer Civil Engineering graduate with
4-5 years’ experience in similar role in medium to large construction
projects. Should be able to prepare, review and monitor project schedules
and work progress to ensure submittals, approvals, procurement and
construction activities are as planned. Preparation of regular project
status reports; budget monitoring, effective communications between
engineering, technical, construction, and project controls groups needed
and provide assistance to the project manager. Should be good in MS office
applications with knowledge of AUTOCAD and planning tools.
Site Engineer Diploma in Civil Engineering Diploma Civil Engineer with 2-3
years’ experience in managing and supervising daily work activities at job
sites. Capable of preparing work schedules and forecasts, interpretation
of drawings for tradesmen with knowledge on optimum utilization of
resources. Should be good in MS office applications.
Senior Estimator B.E Civil With relevant QS Qualification or
equivalent. Engineering graduate with relevant QS Qualification and at
least 5-7 years’ experience in estimation, quantity takeoff, tendering and
sound knowledge of contract conditions. Should be well versed with
commercial terms and conditions. Must have excellent communication skills,
team leader. Should be able to generate budgets for all tendered projects
as well as good in managing cost and EOT claims. Should be good in
AUTOCAD, MS Projects and MS office applications.
Sales Engineer Graduate Civil Engineer Engineering Graduates with 6 -7
Years of work experience in sales and Marketing in Building materials
industry including Stone and Marble products for a turnkey, design, supply
and fix company.Must have excellent communication skills and must be able
to independently quote for ordersand must be proficient in MS office
applications. Must able to generate Sales Forecast, Monthly Reports with
dedicated approach to achieve the set targets.
Sales Executive Graduate / Civil Diploma Holders Graduates with 6 -7
Years of work experience in sales and Marketing Must have basic knowledge
of selling Building Materials, Marble and Stone products.Candidates must
be able to independently quote for orders and have excellent communication
skills and must be proficient in MS office applications.
Factory in Charge Engineering Graduate Engineering graduate with
experience not less than 15 years in the management of factory operations
for a turnkey-design/supply/fix marble factory which is established &
supplied with a complete production line of imported machineries and
plants.
Responsible for the overall planning, management and control of all
factory functional departments to ensure production output and quality
targets are achieved to the set requirements by the management. Ensure
that all production within the factory to achieve output targets and norms
in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs and in
accordance with health, safety and environment standards. Should be able
to generate project related MIS reports and must be proficient in MS
office applications with knowledge of AUTOCAD and planning tools.
