ABSTRACT:

Secure PHR is a Web Based application works with help of Mobile Application.
This application deals with patient and hospital staffs. Patients use mobile application
to report their current health condition and to fix appointment with
doctors.
Web site is used by the doctors and various department staffs of the particular
hospital. Once patient send whole report threw application the doctors will
receive the information that related to them. Same like doctors all the staffs will
receive the information related to them only. Details irrelevant to them are view
as Encrypted data. Each department person may need different details only such
details will be viewed by them.
