Essential Qualifications:

Principal of Luit Konwar Rudra Baruah State College of Music, Assam -> Master Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce of any other discipline from a recognized university with M.Mus (Nipun) from Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapith, Lucknow, M. Mus (Alankar) Gandharba Mahavidyalaya, Mumbai, M. Mus (Prabhakar) Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. (OR) Master Degree in Music from any recognized university with Bachelor Degree from any recognized or its equivalent. Experience - 05 Years.

Certifying Surgeon -> MBBS Degree conferred by any Institution recognized by Indian
Medical Council. Preference will be given to the person with experience in Public hospital or in Factory Medical Department or having Diploma in Industrial Hygiene or Industrial Medicine.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (Communication) -> A Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent or M.Sc. (Physics or applied Physics) with specialization in wireless or Electronics or equivalent from a recognized university.

Lecturer / Inspector of Training -> Master Degree in the concerning subject with 55% marks from any recognized university. M.Ed. with 55% marks. At least 5 years teaching experience in Elementary or Secondary Education.

Programme-Cum-Script-Writer -> Master Degree in any subject with 55% marks from any recognized university. M.Ed. with 55% marks.

Lecturer / Lady Lecturer Cum Hostel Superintendent / Field Officer - Hindi Teacher Training Colleges -> Master Degree in Hindi with 55% marks from any recognized university. B.Ed. Degree or equivalent degree in Hindi from any recognized university.

Principal in Homeopathic Medical Colleges of Assam -> Post Graduate qualification in Homeopathy and holding a post of not less than the teaching cadre of Professor in a Degree level Homeopathic College for at least 2 (two) years. The qualification shall be the one included in the second schedule of Homeopathy Central Council Act, 1973.

How To Apply: Application form may be obtained by APSC's website in Prescribed format along with Self attested photocopies of Certificate / Mark Sheet from HSLC onwards and also Caste Certificate / Registration Certificate / Experience Certificate (where necessary). Applicants must affix 1 (One) copy of recent photograph on the space provided in the application form firmly with good quality glue/adhesive and also should enclose another copy along with the application. The photograph must be signed prominently. The last date of receiving duly filled up application form in the Commission's office is fixed on 17/11/2015.
