Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited (HPC) (A Govt of India Enterprise) is inviting applications from Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders for undergoing one (01) year Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act 1961 as Amended in 1973 & 1986 at its production unit at Nagaon Paper Mill, Kagajnagar, Assam. The eligible candidates apply on or before 30th November 2015.

Technician (Diploma Holder) Apprentices,28 (Mechanical - 05, Electrical - 05, Civil - 02, Chemical - 06, Automobile Engineering - 03, Computer Science - 02, Instrumentation - 05) , 6,000/-

Technician(Vocational) Apprentices,09 (Office Management - 03, Office Secretaryship - 03, Accountancy & Auditing - 03), 4,500/-

Age Limit: Not less than 14 Years and upper age limit is 30 years as on 01/01/2016. Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST candidate, 03 years for OBC candidate and 10 years for Persons with Disability.

Educational Qualifications:

Engineering Graduate Apprentices ->

(1) A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University
(2) A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of parliament.
(3) Graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the Central Government as equivalent to degree.

Technician (Diploma Holder) Apprentices ->

(1) A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government.
(2) A Diploma in Engineering or Technology by a University.
(3) A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an institute recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

Technician (Vocational) Apprentices -> A Certificate in vocational course in respective subject involving two years of study after the completion of the secondary stage of school education recognized by All India Council for Technical Education.

Selection Process: Shortlisted applicants will be called for Test / Personal Interview. Schedule for test/ interview of shortlisted candidates likely to be held tentatively during last week of January 2016 will be published in the website.
