Job Description
The Recruiting Lead will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and enabling rapid growth to double the team size. Responsibilities include allocating job requirements within the team, posting job ads, technical screening, interviewing, sumissions and managing delivery.
Team performance auditing, monitoring metrics and taking corrective actions to improve productivity.
