Built in 1854 by the discoverer of Matheran, Hugh Malet, then Collector of Thane , it is a heritage building that still stands majestically in all its pristine glory, personifying a heritage unparalleled, surrounded by the inheritance of 7 sprawling acres. A/C Luxury Deluxe
This room is furnished with a double bed, a sofa cum bed and equipped with a colour television and telephone etc. It has a separate verandah to sit out and an attached bathroom. This unit can comfortably accommodate a family of 2 adults & 2 children.

A/C Suite
This unit consists of a master bedroom and a living cum bedroom. The suite is furnished with two double beds and a sofa cum bed. There is one bathroom between the two rooms. One colour television and a telephone are provided for this unit. It has an independent verandah. 4 adults & 2 children can be housed here.

A/C Duplex
This cottage has one bedroom furnished with a double bed and the second living cum bedroom furnished with a double bed and a sofa cum double bed. The bedrooms have their independent attached bathrooms. This unit also has two televisions and telephone etc. This unit can accommodate upto 6 adults.

A/C Byke Cottage
This cottage has two bedrooms furnished with double beds and a living room furnished with a sofa cum double bed and a sofa cum single bed. The bedrooms have their independent attached bathrooms. This unit also has two televisions and telephone etc. This unit can accommodate upto 7 adults.

Dining: Exclusive Vegetarian Cuisine, Lunch- Gujarati and Rajasthani style Thali, Dinner- Buffet, serving Mughlai, Chinese, Punjabi etc
