TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION:
RCC framed structure with adequate footings, columns,RCC slabs with ISI branded TMT steel rebar according to structural designs.super structure of 9" brick work by using quality flyash bricks for main wall and 4.5" for inner partition walls with plastering.

FLOORING/DADOING:
Flooring will be done with good quality 2'*2' virtified tiles of anuj make.portico flooring will be done by parking tiles.Glazed ceramic tiles dadoing will be done for 4' height above kitchen platform and 7' height for toilets.
