Under the flagship of Franchise India Media, we are pleased to bring to you the third annual Indian Restaurant Congress and Awards 2013 which will be held at Taj Vivanta (earlier The Claridges, Surajkund), Delhi NCR, on August 29-30, 2013. This year, the Indian Restaurant Congress 2013 aims to bring together a platform where independent operators and people who want to start a Restaurant business can learn from Indian and International Restaurant Entrepreneurs & Professionals on how to create the art of “Indulgence” – not just with food but also with their brand. Hence our theme for the Congress this year is “Indulgence”. In conjunction, The Indian Restaurant Awards 2013 will also be held on evening of August 29, 2013, where the excellence in performance in the Restaurant sector would be recognised and honoured.
