The SRM University is situated in three different serene, green landscaped campuses.
The Kattankulathur Campus
This main campus is at Kattankulathur in Kancheepuram District, a suburb of Chennai City on the G.S.T. Road (Chennai - Trichy National Highway, NH 45), 20 kms from Chennai Airport.
This 250 acre campus houses all the three faculties including of that of
• Engineering & Technology (erstwhile SRM Engineering College)
• Medical & Health Sciences (Medical College and Research Center, Dental College, College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing, College of Physiotherapy, College of Occupational therapy and School of Public Health) and the
• Faculty of Science & Humanities (journalism, communication, biotechnology and education). This campus has a network of 30 blocks for academic and administrative activities with a built up area of over 1,50,000 sq m.
