Bachelor in Hospital Management
A basic interest in the science, management and arts of health care delivery systems and services can fetch best value from the BHM course. BHM at NSHM serves two important purposes. One, it enables ready employability in Hospitals and Health services and two, it provides a stepping stone for Masters program in Hospital Administration or Management. With the continuing growth of health care industry the demand has been out sizing the supply. The placement packages are moderate at joining time but later it matches with the best of industry pay packages. A multi-specialty or super-specialty private hospital functions more like a corporate. A corporate, with drivers like – customer relationship management, front-office management, inventory management, records management and document control, marketing and sales, insurance, IT, environment and safety, quality and the like. NSHM Knowledge Campus (Group Of institutions), with courses in Pharmaceutical Technology, Business Management is affiliated to WBUT (West Bengal University of Technology) also approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) The college offers under graduate programme in areas like business management, computer application, media and healthcare and post graduate programme in the areas like business management, media and healthcare which are affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology. The PGDM course under Business School is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).
