1 You have to give notice aimed Marriage to SDM (In the form specified) and signature by the Girl and Boy

2 Proof of Address (Girl and Boy)

3 Proof of Age (Girl and Boy)

4 Need to submit the application to the SDM Office or State\District Court and take Fees Receipt from Gov office.

5 Documentation proof that they are staying at district of India. The parties should have more than 30 days (ration card or report from the concerned Station House Officer).
