NET was founded by Prof. Yogesh Kumar, He did B.E.(Mechanical Engineering) from MANIT, Bhopal, M.Tech. (Computer Science & Technology) from IIT Rorkee in 1989. He also did PGDBM from IMT, Ghaziabad.
