What is Surviving Member Certificate ?
A surviving member certificate, also known as a legal heir certificate, is issued to confirm the actual legal heirs left by the deceased. This certificate is generally required as a proof of surviving member to benefit from a variety of sources and in government services where a living member is preferred.
