The apartment building is situated in the beautiful locality of Candolim, North Goa. It has a charming atmosphere with a chain of famous nightclubs, spa and salons, departmental stores, shopping malls, travel agencies, villas of the rich and famous and a picturesque beach with an array of dazzling shacks. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor,well lit, well ventilated, with 24/7 water supply and is fully furnished. It has a spacious and airy hall cum dining area, kitchen with all amenities, 2 western style bathrooms, 2 well ventilated bedrooms and 2 open balconies.
Parking area exclusive to building.
The beach is 300 meters walk away ( 5 minutes apprx. ) and the famous Baga, Vagator, Anjuna beaches are just few minutes drive away. The capital city of Goa, Panjim, is 10-15 km from our apartment. Fort Aguada, the famous Portuguese monument, is just 3-4 km away.Availability of regular items and consumer goods is convenient, as the area has all modern amenities within walking distance.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can either be prepared by guests at the fully equipped kitchen or ordered from the numerous
restaurants situated around the building. Home delivery is
offered from many local restaurants too.

2,500 per night - 15,000 per night ( depending on number of
guests, season and length of stay ) , extra mattress available on request.
