The apartment building is situated in the plush locality of
Candolim, North Goa. It has a charming atmosphere with a

style bathrooms, 2 well ventilated bedrooms and 2 open
balconies.

The beach is just 2 minutes walk away and the
famous Baga, Vagator, Anjuna beaches are just 10-15 minutes drive
away. The capital city of Goa, Panjim, is 10-15 km from our
apartment. Fort Aguada, the famous Portuguese monument, is just
3-4 km away.Availability of regular items and consumer goods is
convenient, as the area has all modern amenities within walking
distance.
