Looking for small hotel property,bunglow for buying /lease

I am looking for a bunglow , small hotel in the vicinity of Calangute , Baga or Candolim area. Requirement minimum 15 to 20 rooms . Will be interested in buying or even taking it on long term lease. Old or new property at ok condition.
