The Demystify Yoga Teacher Training method is a modern integrated yoga system based on classical Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga lineages with a highly academic framework. We are passionate about providing our Teachers in Training with a tool kit that empowers them to teach the full spectrum of yoga to a multiplicity of demographics.
