JSS Academy of Technical Education Bangalore is the result of president s vision of the Trust, his holiness Sri Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Mahaswamiji to proactively participate in establishing a world class institution for Technical Education. The Institution is situated in a sprawling 21.17 acres land surrounded by lush green plantation on the South-Western edge of Bangalore City.

JSS Academy of Technical Education Bangalore has an excellent infrastructure with the state-of-the art equipment and machinery as laboratory facilities. The institution has spacious classrooms and the laboratories. The whole building is Wi-Fi enabled and has centralized browsing facility with 20 mbps dedicated internet bandwidth.

Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Mahavidyapeetha (JSS MVP), is founded in 1954 by the 23rd pontiff, Jagadguru Dr. Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Mahaswamiji as an off shoot of Sri Sutturu Math to spread education among the rural people and society in large.

It has been started with a small hostel for poor students pursuing higher studies in Mysore; today it has grown to be a gigantic educational movement. JSS Mahavidyapeetha never had a moment to look back and proceeded on a spree of establishing more than 320 institutions across the country and overseas.

Candidates willing to join any Engineering Course at JSS Academy of Technical Education (JSSATE-Bangalore) they has to Pass PUC/10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects either Chemistry or Biology or Electronics or Computer Science. They should score at least 45% of marks in the above subjects taken together. 40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category.
