Palmgrove Villa is located just 2 km away from the famous Benaulim beach and about 4 km away from Colva beach. It is about 5 minutes drive from Goa's biggest commercial town, Margao (also known as Madgaon, spelt as mud-gaum).If you are reaching Goa by train, Margao is the most convenient place for you to get down. Margao is well connected with all other towns, villages and beaches in Goa. By staying in Margao, you can conveniently visit all the places in Goa.
About Palmgrove Villa
Our villa is self-catered with all amenities required for a family or a group of people to stay comfortably. It is located in a residential colony, with lush green surroundings and in a serene environment. All the windows in the villa are covered with mosquito net and are protected with iron grills (fabrication). There is ample space to park a muv/suv vehicle inside the premises. An inverter system is provided as a backup for the villa in case of power shutdowns
Lobby/Dining room
As you enter the villa, there is a spacious lounge/dining room, with sofas, dining table and chairs, electric iron with pressing board and a television with satellite connection. The lobby is also fitted with ceiling fans.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen is provided for the guests to use. The kitchen consists of refrigerator/freezer, LPG stove, micro oven, bread toaster, aqua purifier, and crockery items sufficient to cook for a family.
Bedrooms
The Villa has 3 double sized bedrooms. Two are located on the first floor. Both the bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and en-suite facilities. Both these rooms have access to attached balcony and open terrace. Third bedroom is on the Ground floor with twin beds, with separate bath room facility. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and also fitted with electric ceiling fans. All three bedrooms have sufficient place to accommodate extra persons and are equipped with extra mattress.
Admission
ideally, 6 adults + kids can stay comfortably in the villa.. If you want to occupy only one bedroom (for 3 persons max.), we can offer at a lower price - that means, you will not pay for the un-occupied bedrooms!
Other Services Offered
We can pick-up and drop the guests from the airport, railway station or bus station. On demand we can organize local site seeing tours, dolphin fantasy cruises, boat cruises, water sports, trip to wild-life/bird sanctuaries, etc. We can also organize tours outside Goa.
