SEEKING ACCOMODATION FOR 1 WEEK

We are an NRI who would be visiting goa on our annual trip to India. As we wish to take a break in Goa prior to proceeding to our native place, i & my son aged 13 yrs wish to take your assistance in the following way. The preferred location would be NORTH GOA
1) we wish to hire a room for two of us as close to the beach as possible where we can relax & have our dinner in the evening. i am looking for a non a/c simple but neat room that could be a furnished apt/2 star hotel/preferably a small log house. Swimming pool would be an advantage. The accommodation should also be close to city where we could have the evening spent. we would be landing by last week of July & would be staying for a minimum of 6 / 7 nights. WE WOULD BE ARRIVING ON 26TH JULY AFTERNOON & CHECK OUT ON 1ST/2ND AUGUST DEPENDS ON TRAIN TIMINGS
2) pick up at airport & drop at the raiway station required.
3)driver cum tour guide with a vehicle required.
