SPECIAL EIGHT WEEK KRAV MAGA SELF DEFENCE COURSE FOR WOMEN

United Krav Maga India (UKMI) in association with The International Center Goa (ICG), invites Women for a Special Self Defence Course.

Eligibility All women above 14 years of age

This Course would be held over eight Saturday mornings (9.00 to 11.00 am) or evenings (3.00 to 5.00 pm) from September 1st 2019 at the ICG. The training would be conducted by Instructor & Director of UKMI, Desmond da Costa (Fighter 4).

UKMI follows the unique training on safety and self-defence developed by UNITED KRAV MAGA WORLD ORGANISATION of Master Tomasz Adamczyk for all women regardless of age and fitness levels.

Cost of the Course Rs. 4000.00 per person

The training will include:
* Security procedures
* Assertiveness training
* Self-defense with improvised tools
* Learning to attack and defend against knocks, kicks, strangers, grabs also on the jacket and hair or attempt to pull away bag or chain
* Science of falling Safely
* Fighting tactics, in the context of armed aggressor or group of aggressors
* The legal context of self-defense - theory
* Psychological context - how not to be a victim of aggression
* Improving physical condition
* Scenario training on a stairwell, in limited space, as well as in the park, at the bus stop
