1. Registration:

Candidates have to Register first by entering their Name, Date of Birth, Gender and Email Id.

Note: Name should be as in the Class XII Certificate.

An Email will be sent to the Registered Email ID with the password

2. Logging In to fill the VITEEE 2015 Application Form:

Use the Email Id to log in and the password sent to the registered Email ID

Fill in all the necessary particulars.

After entering all the requisite details, candidates have to pay the VITEEE 2015 Application Fees (details given below)

3. Payment of VITEEE 2015 Application Fees:

VITEEE 2015 Application Fees: Rs 940

VITEEE 2015 NRI Candidates - 50 USD

VITEEE 2015 Application Fees Payment mode:

Net banking /Credit card/Debit card.

An acknowledgement receipt with the transaction number is generated after successful payment.

Candidates are advised to take a printout of the same

OR

Through a DDdrawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of the 'VIT University', payable at Vellore

Note: Candidates must write the VITEEE 2015 Application Number, Name, Address and Mobile Number on the reverse of the Demand Draft
Candidates must fill in the details of the DD like DD No, Date, Bank details if the DD is ready and on hand
In case the DD is not ready, candidates can log in after it is ready and enter the details to complete and submit the VITEEE 2015 Online application form.

4. Submission of VITEEE 2015 Online Application Form:

After successful submission of the VITEEE 2015 Online Application Form, an Application Number will be generated.

Candidates must note this VITEEE 2015 Application Number for future reference.

They must also print two copies Online Application Form on A4 size paper (one to be sent to the university and one to be kept by the candidate for reference).

They must attach a softcopy (scanned copy) of recent passport size colored Photograph with 10 KB-200 KB (dimensions- 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) in JPG / JPEG format).
Candidates must also attach softcopy (scanned copy) of their signature with 10 KB – 200 KB (Dimensions- 6 cm width x 2 cm height) in JPG / JPEG format.
The copy of the VITEEE 2015 Application form must be sent through Registered or Speed Post addressed to The Director - UG Admissions, VIT University, Vellore- 632014, Tamil

Nadu, India before the specified last date.

If payment is made by DD, the DD must be enclosed along with the copy of the Online VITEEE 2015 Application Form.

VITEEE 2015 Application Forms and brochure can be obtained on cash payment of Rs 990

In Person: Candidates can obtain the VITEEE 2015 application form in person by submitting a DD for Rs 990 as mentioned above from the following centres

VIT University, Chennai Campus
OR
By Post: Candidates can request for the VITEEE 2015 Application Form by sending a
Demand Draft for Rs 990 along with a covering letter addressed to

“Director - UG Admissions”,
VIT University, Vellore-632014
Note: Candidates must mention their Full Postal Address in the letter.
