1. Get XAMPP and install it.
2. Start Apache and Mysql with XAMPP.
3. Select phpMyAdmin from the drop-down menu.
4. Select Database.
5. Click Create after entering the database name.
6. Click Go after entering the name of your table and the number of columns (depending on your structure).
7. Type in the names of your objects and save.
