PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is about providing the approval for either Home loan or Educational Loan based on the eligibility. The customer logs into apply for a loan and selects the type of the loan. Based on the type of loan selected, approval process is determined and background verification will be carried out for both the loan types. The assignments will be moved to back ground verification team and loan officer simultaneously into respective work baskets. The urgency for the assignment increases with day to day so that the application is resolved at the earliest. Emails will be sent to the respective work parties at each and every stage to let them know the status of the application. Loan officers can generate the reports to know the number of applications that have been received.
