Step Up started operations in 2007 and now has a team of 40 employees. We have got recruited more than 200 employees in our very first year of operations. With our head office in Ludhiana and we operate via a strong network of 50 resident operators all across India.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We charge 8.33 to 20% of the annual CTC of the employee depending upon at what level of the organizational hierarchy he or she is joining. We will ensure that once our candidate joins he/she will work for a minimum guaranteed period of 90 days or as specified by your organization. Failure of which a definite alternative will be provided.

Please find attached the annual CTC wise charges %

3-10 lacs/ annum 8.33%
10 lacs plus as per agreed but not less than 10%


Rest to start with we can negotiate the terms and conditions as per the suitability of your organization also.
