Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the most popular and adventure Trekking route in Nepal for all trekkers. It has the combination of nature beauty, spiritual cultures practised by several ethnic groups and beautiful mountain scenery which takes you into the dramatic amphitheater of deep snow covered glaciers surrounded by snowy peaks including Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna South (7129m), Hiunchuli (6440m) and Machhapuchhare (6997m), the sacred and virgin peak commonly called Fishtail.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek offers incredible scenery from low land villages to high snow capped mountains. This trek starts from Pokhara, the popular lakeside town offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. The trail follows the valley through oak and rhododendron forests, alongside the Modi Khola through the dense bamboo plantations and a gorge to reach Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp.

Annapurna I (8091m) is the first peak over 8000m ever climbed in the world. So it is a wonderful and lifetime achievement to reach Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) and observe the marvellous glaciers and high mountains in this spectacular region.
