ITINERARY
Delhi (Arrive)-Nainital(02 Nights), Kausani(02 Nights), Ranikhet(01 Night) - Delhi(Drop)
Duration: 06 DAYS/ 05 NIGHTS.
Day 01- Delhi to Nainital
On arrival in the Delhi airport/ railway station, proceed directly for Nainital by road. On arrival, check in to the hotel. After refreshing yourself at the hotel in Nainital, proceed for sightseeing tour, beginning with boating on the famous Nainital Lake-Naini Lake (at your own cost) and visit to the holy Naina Devi Temple. After that, visit famous tourist spots like Tiffin Top, Naina Peak, Cave Garden, Bara Pathar, Lover's Point, Lands End, Naina Peak etc.(sightseeing will be covered as per time permitting). In the evening, enjoy shopping at the Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Note:- Tempo traveller or higher seating vehicle are allowed upto Nainital Parking only. For local sightseeing in Nainital guest has to take local vehicle for sightseeing from Nainital Union on direct payment basis.
Day 02 -Nainital Lake Tour
After breakfast drive for lake tour of Nainital. Nainital is the main tourist attraction. Here Naini Lake is famous for boating (Half an hour ride), Bhimtal is about 25 kilometers from Nainital. It is the largest lake amoung Nainital Lake Tour, Sattal(seven lakes) is about 25 kilometers from Nainital. As name suggests is a group of seven lakes interconnected, Naukuchiatal is about 30 kilometers from Nainital. It is 9 cornered lake. Drive back to Hotel, Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 03Nainital to Kausani( 125 Kms - 4 Hours)
After breakfast depart to kausani. Afternoon will visit Baijnath temple. Here you will see many ancient idols and will also come across mahashir fish in the river waters. At the end of your visit, take your time to look at the setting sun and finally the sunset. Also visit Anashakti Ashram where Mahatama Gandhi stayed for few days. It will be a memorable evening. Have dinner and rest for the night at kausani.
Day 04 -Kausani Local Sightseeing
After Breakfast, this morning, wake up to the wide expanse of the famous Katyur Valley to experience the Kausani sunrise. Visit the 12th century Baijnath Temple(if missed on arrival day) and Kausani tea plantation. Also visit Anashakti Ashram where Mahatama Gandhi stayed for few days. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05 -Kausani to Ranikhet Local Sightseeing ( 80 Kms - 2.5 Hours)
After breakfast, drive to Ranikhet. Check in Hotel. Later visit local sight seeing i.e. Haidakhan Babaji Temple (4kms.), Chaubatia Gardens(10kms.), Bhalu Dam (3kms.), Jhula Devi Temple (7kms.), Mankameshwar Temple, Kalika Temple(5kms.) Tarikhet Village (8kms.), Majhkhali (13kms.) etc. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 06 -Ranikhet to Delhi( 400 Kms - 11 Hours)
Morning check out and drive back to Delhi (400 kms / 11 hrs. ). Arrive Delhi in time Board Flight / Train for onward journey.
