Executive Programme in Human Resource Management from IIM Calcutta - Batch 7

Enroll for EPHRM course from IIM Calcutta!
This program aims to cover the canvas of HRM at both macro- and micro-level to equip the line managers dealing with human resources and human resource managers with contemporary knowledge and practices informed by valid findings from research. It intends to cover both basic and strategic HRM issues. The program is designed to be experiential through case method teaching. Further, the course takes more business/ line managerial perspective on HRM, a prerequisite for successful HRM and general management professionals today.



Eligibility:
Applicants should be working professionals/self-employed
Minimum 2 years of work experience (full-time)
Graduates (10+2+3) in any discipline with min. 50% marks in Graduation / Post Graduation
An Entrance Test will be conducted to select eligible candidates for the programme
Programme Duration:
12 months (Live Instructor-led classes delivered in 50+ learning centers across India and 3 days full-time campus classes at IIM Calcutta)



Documentation: Require all the documents in soft copy
One Current Photograph
For Self Employed professionals - IT Return + MOA & AOA or Trade License or Partnership Deed is mandatory.
For other working professionals - Salary Slip (Current) + all joining & relieving letters (if applicable) is mandatory.
Graduation Mark Sheets of all 3 or 4years and Provisional Certificate is mandatory
