We render the following services
1. To draw a plan, to comply with GHMC, to submit and get the approval ( sanction fees and other expenses will be born by the client)
2. To make actual plan as per the desire of the client, to design the structure for stability and stability checking ( shall be done by well qualified and highly experienced engineers and architects)
3. To construct a building from earthwork for foundation to the last including electrical works, plumbing and sanitary works and painting.
4. an actual estimate will be made and our nominal fees will be charged to the actual estimate and that will be the total cost of the construction
