Completed e-form for short-term visa applications.
Covering Letter/Visa Request Letter:
Must include applicant's full name, mobile number, date of birth, and passport number.
For employed applicants: Company name, phone number, registered seal, signature, and mobile number of signing authority.
Brief details of the visit.
Basic Documents:
Employment certificate or leave letter (for employed individuals).
Business registration (Gumasta license or GST certificate, etc.) for self-employed individuals.
Tour itinerary (day-to-day) and confirmed hotel booking (refundable).
Confirmed flight tickets (refundable).
Copy of first and last pages of applicant's passport.
Financial Documents:
Income tax returns for the last 2 years (or an explanatory note if not available).
Bank statements for the last 6 months with bank seal.
For students under 30 years, financial documents of parents, along with employment proof and sponsorship letter, are required.
Invitation Letter (if applicable):
Invitee's full name, mobile number, date of birth, and passport number.
Inviter's details: For companies, name and phone number of the person in charge; for individuals, full name, ID number (Foreigner Registration No./Alien Registration No.), and phone number.
Registered seal/signature at the end of the covering letter.
Dependent/Visiting/Accompanying:
All basic documents as listed above.
Passport copy (first and last pages) of the inviter.
Copy of inviter's Alien Registration Card and latest Korean Visa copy for Indian/foreigners.
Certificate of inviter's employment and certificate of tax payment.
Relationship proof (Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, Ration Card, Family Card, etc.).
Marriage certificate (if the inviter is the spouse).
Copy of first and last pages of the applicant's passport.
