The training duration is for 3 months which will help students to get into practicalities of HR and also would equip them with knowledge on real time HR procedures and help them get into HR stream.

2. Talent Attraction and Acquisition
3. Talent Engagement & Relationship Management
4. Performance Management
5. Learning and Competency Enhancements

Based on the set criteria Top performers in the selection test are absorbed into Graduate HR Programs, Husys would also sponsor for the MBA program through correspondence based on the performance shown during the 3 months program.
