Educational Qualification and Experience:

Superintending Engineer (Civil) ->

(1) Essential - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a good academic record throughout with 13 years of relevant experience out of which at least 4 years of regular service as Executive Engineer level, OR First class Master's degree in Civil Engineering with 8 years relevant experience out of which at least 4 years must be at the Executive Engineer level.

(2) Desirable - Experience in design and estimation of civil engineering works, supervision of construction of multistoried buildings, maintenance of building roads and other services like sewage disposal, water supply and sewage treatment plant in State/Central/Educational Institutions/Reputed organizations and exposure to maintenance of electrical & air conditioning.
Junior Engineer (Civil) ->

(1) Essential - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience (OR)
(2) Diploma of 3 years duration in Civil Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.

Junior Engineer (Electrical) ->

(1) Essential - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience (OR)
(2) Diploma of 3 years' duration in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.

Executive Engineer (Civil) ->

(1) Essential - First class bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and with 8 years' experience in construction field. Out of the above, at least 5 years' experience in a responsible position.
(2) Desirable - The candidates having experience in the CPWD procedures, knowledge of computer application, and knowledge of structure design softwares and estate management will be given preference.

Executive Engineer (Electrical) ->

(1) Essential - First class bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and with 8 years' experience in construction field. Out of the above, at least 5 years' experience in a responsible position. Desirable: The candidates having experience in the CPWD procedures, knowledge of computer application and, knowledge of structure design softwares and estate management will be given preference.

Assistant Engineer (Civil) ->

(1) Essential - Junior Engineer (Civil) or equivalent, with minimum experience of 5 years and possessing Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/University OR Junior Engineer (Civil) or equivalent, with minimum experience of 8 years and possessing Diploma in Civil Engineering.
(2) Desirable - a) Knowledge of CPWD working procedures. b) Working knowledge of computer applications related to office work, structural design and project management.

Assistant Engineer (Electrical) ->

(1) Essential - Junior Engineer (Electrical) or equivalent, with minimum experience of 5 years and possessing Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University OR Junior Engineer (Electrical) or equivalent, with minimum experience of 8 years and possessing Diploma in Electrical.
(2) Desirable - a) Knowledge of CPWD working procedures. b) Working knowledge of computer applications related to office work, structural design and project management.

Selection Process: Written Test / Trade Test / Skill Test and/or Interview.
