IRDA Recruitment 2016 Apply Online (Junior Officer-24 Posts)

Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) (A statutory body formed under an Act of the Parliament) invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for filling up the post of Junior Officers through open competition on All India basis for its various offices. The last date for submission of online applications is 4th February 2016.

Age Limit: 21 to 35 Years as on 01/01/2016 (i.e., candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-01-1981 and later than 01-01-1995 (both days inclusive)). 40 Years for SC / ST, 38 Years for OBC.

Pay Scale: 17,100 - 1000 (11) - 28,100 - EB- 1000 (4) - 32,100 -1100 (1) - 33,200 (17 years)

Educational Qualification:

Actuarial -> First Class Bachelor's Degree (with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years), and Pass in Nine papers of Institute of Actuaries.

Accounting -> First Class Bachelor's Degree (with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years), and ACA/AICWA/ACS.

Legal -> First Class Bachelor's Degree (with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years), and LL.B with 60% marks or Five year Integrated LLB Course in First class with 60% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years.

General -> First Class Bachelor's Degree (with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years).

Selection Process:

(1) Phase I - On-line preliminary examination (Objective type)
(2) Phase II - On-line Descriptive examination comprising 3 Papers (Paper I, II and III)
(3) Phase III Interview

Application Fee: A Non-Refundable fee of 100/- (Intimation Charge) for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-servicemen; 500/- (Examination fee and Intimation charges) for General and OBC Category Candidates. The Candidates have to make the payment of requisite fee / intimation charges through the Online Mode only.
