I am looking for investor fund (working capitol) for a start-up Real Estate Property investment company.

A moderate of INR 5,000,000.00/- (fifty Lacks) is need as working capitol for first years operations.

Loan repayment in 5 years with 5% annual interest with a two or three BHK flat registered on the investors name after two years of operations.

A total repayment of INR 6,250,000.00 /- with 2 or 3 BHK flat at good location are my terms for the Angel investor.

I am into old (3 / 4 years) property i.e. independent / flats renovation and sale business since 2002.

I can't give any collateral or surety but, I invest the investors fund in real estate properties and all the properties purchase will be registered on my company name "KGN Properties".
