Job Description:
• Market W2 & 3rd party candidates for US based IT positions.
• Developing own relationships with present/potential clients/Tier1 Vendors from available lists, constantly creating list of new potential end clients/Tier 1 vendors and use multiple means to establish and harness business relationships.
• Work with GC/ US Citizens/ TN/ EAD/H1/OPT etc for sourcing candidates (applicants database, applicant interviews, reference checks, client/employee relations) for the client/vendor requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationship with employees/consultants to reach placement goals.
• Meet assigned placement goals within time lines and also provide periodic status reports to management.
Skills:
• Candidate should have minimum 2+ years of experience in all facets of US recruitment cycle.
• Ability to recruit IT professional across the USA through direct phone sourcing, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing apart from portal dependency.
• Understanding and experience of working on concepts like W2, 1099, Corp-2-Corp
• Ability to assist management in dealing with NCA’s and Agreements.
• Must be self motivated and have transparent, positive attitude. In addition, should have the ability to work independently and as part of team.
• Excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
Compensation:
• Base Salary
• One time and Monthly recurring commission for each placement.
