Education is a noble profession and so shall it be here at Noble Palm International School. The aims and objectives, therefore, are to achieve the following:
1. We shall strive to shape EDUCATED and not just literate young minds who can add to the glorious future our country and the world so richly deserves.
2. Through our Curricular and Co-curricular activities we shall endeavour to shape young citizens capable of holding their own in good times and in trying times. Hence inculcating leadership obtained through being truly educated.
3. Preparing youngsters to take on higher education and thence larger roles in service of the environment from whence the spring.
4. To ascertain this and much more we shall be obtaining ISO certification and other accreditations necessary to deliver the best possible for all our stake holders.
5. With development of young minds at the core of our activities, we shall encourage out teaching and non-teaching staff to acquire and sharpen their skills through training and seminars constantly. In order to determine these needs we shall be constantly assessing and re-assessing all the activities and then conducting programs for the staff in house or if necessary from other sources. The objective is to make sure that we deliver at Global Standards, if not beyond.
