Attention to absolute details and an uncompromising commitment for reviews and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do. Needless to say it is yielding near perfection. With us marble flooring is standard. We use Cellular Light Concrete (CLC) bricks made from German technology for superior strength and finishing, better thermal and acoustic insulations and faster brick work. We use Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) from our own plant and strictly adhere to zero fly-ash policy resulting in 1.5 times stronger concrete if compared to benchmarks or what is available in market. To make sure that our quality is indeed world-class, we have set-up a quality lab within the project campus which measures almost all quality aspects of our construction. Of course, we periodically publish quality report and maintain complete transparency about it.

Low maintenance and green design have been core architectural principles. Consider using generator heat waste to heat waters in the centralized hot water supply system – this is not just clean for environment, it is light on the pocket of the residents. Again look at solar activated LED lighting for common areas or using capacitor banks in conjunction with transformer to correct power factor or use of super high efficiency pumps and STPs to further reduce the electricity bills. The community have designed to preserve water be it rain water harvesting or processing of STP/sewage water and their reuse in gardening are so much lighter on our pocket and on mother earth. To top it all, all tops including constructed areas are green to help mother nature to fight the ills of global warming.
