Education Qualification: Graduation
The candidate must have good Communications skills Willing to work in Nightshifts, ability to work and co-ordinate with team, ability to quickly learn and comprehend new business and knowledge processes.
The candidate should have keyboarding skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Knowledge of Accounting & Outlook.
The candidate is required to gain knowledge and understanding of US Healthcare system including their privacy laws, and need to abide by the rules and regulations governing the industries and standard practices of US Healthcare industry.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
2.Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims.
3.Sound knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Domain (Provider side) methods for improvement on the same.
4.Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)Manage & develop collaterals as required.
