boards etc.
Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in
quick turnaround time.
Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2
Must have technical skills to understand the requirement and market the
consultants as per the skill set.
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
Will be marketing company bench consultants in US Staffing Business.
Should be able to establish the Vendor contacts on regular basis Should
know various techniques in identifying the potential requirements on
portals, Networking sites that would suite the bench consultants.
Should interact with the clients and submit the profiles and maintain
proper MIS of the same.
Effectively negotiate the bill rates and pay rates.
Should be able to handle the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing
the bench to Placing the same. Excellent Communication and willing to work
night shifts

Required Skills:
- Experienced with full cycle of Sales, gathering requirements, submitting
the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants & following up
for interview schedules.
- Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get our resources placed
in quick time.
- Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients,
Job portals and other networking techniques.
- Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up
regarding the rates & client interviews.
- Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate
daily reports and update them.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster,
Career Builder, Dice, etc.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-
paced, changing work environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time
efficiently.
- Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong
customer consultative skills and work in a large-team environment.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to
prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
