JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Agency Owner / Agent need to handle regular telephonic as well as face to face enquiries of Tirumala Pilgrims and at the same time regularly update day to day information to LAHIRI TOURS Management.

2) Agency Owner / Agent need to post Tirumala Package related advertisements in free ad posting websites and social networking sites then regularly handle the enquiries receive from customers.

3) Agency Owner / Agent has to post paper ad on every Sunday in largest circulated Daily News Papers and need to handle the enquiries effectively.

4) After gathering group of pilgrims throughout the week, every week on Saturday Agency / Agent will cross check with Railways / Bus Service to Tirupati for seating availability dates for too and fro journey of pilgrims.

6) Prior to purchase of group tickets it is Agency Owner / Agent duty to specify the Tirumala trip date and collect money from pilgrims for too and fro Railway Tickets. Note: Apart from money concerned to Railway Tickets Franchise shouldn’t collect any other monetary charges from pilgrims.

7) Prior to purchase of group tickets it is Agency Owner / Agent duty to inform LAHIRI TOURS management to receive trip approval and confirmation email.

8) Agency / Agents need to try their best to develop good relations with local temples and priests to get references of pilgrims from them and to display advertisements with their permissions.

9) Prior two hours of train departure it is the duty of franchise owner or his employee to reach the railway station to distribute train tickets to pilgrims and note down the head count of pilgrims for Agency / Agent records.
