Documents Required for Turkey Visa for Indian Citizens
Visa Application Form:
Fill out the form in block letters using blue or black ink. Attach one biometric photo taken within the last 6 months. Minors' forms must be signed by a legal guardian.
Original Passport:
Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your stay and have at least 2 blank pages. If your passport wasn't issued in the jurisdiction of the Turkish Consulate General in Hyderabad, submit local address proof.
Biometric Photos:
Provide 2 recent photos with a white background, clearly showing your full face without shadows or glasses, sized 2.5 inches x 2.5 inches.
Covering Letter:
Include your travel plans with details on the purpose of your visit, companions, duration, occupation, expenses, and contact information. If employed, include a leave letter from your company.
Invitation Letter:
If visiting a Turkish citizen or resident, include an invitation letter with the inviter's passport and Turkish ID or residency permit copy.
For Employers/Proprietors/Directors:
Provide company registration and GST documents (originals with notary attestation).
Monetary Documents:
Include the last 3 months' salary slips, 6 months' personal bank statements (with a minimum balance of 1 lakh INR), income tax returns for the last 3 years, and Form 16 (if employed).
Flight Tickets:
Book round-trip tickets or show a reservation (recommended not to purchase until the visa is approved).
Hotel Reservation:
If booked through an agent, provide details on letterhead with your name, check-in/out dates, and signatures.
Travel Insurance:
Coverage for your stay in Turkey is required and can be arranged at the visa application center.
Original Authorization Letter:
If someone else submits your application, include an authorization letter from you and the agent.
Passport Copies:
Provide copies of the first, last, and visa pages of your passport.
Proof of Civil Status:
Include copies of Aadhar card and PAN card.
Original Previous Passports:
Include the previous passport(s) and a police FIR if lost.
Additional Documents:
Applicants can apply for a Turkish visa up to 60 days before their travel date.
