JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Counselling clients about Career Options& Programs availability in different countries
2.Maintaining database of enquies and admissions.
3.followup on all enquiries and visits.
4.marketing support activities.
5.Meeting targets assigned through effective counselling.
6.Revenue generation by increasing Enrolments.
7.Making daily outbound calls- tele counselling
Attending inbound calls
8.Generating leads/ walk-ins through tele counselling
Follow-up on walk-ins through tele counselling and digital marketing.
9.Sending reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
10.Guiding tele callers for effective outputs
Candidate profile:
1.Excellent communication skills in English
2.Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
3.Must be graduated in any field
