Central Agricultural University CAU Manipur in Lamphelpat

Central Agricultural is a UGC-approved Public university, situated in the Lamphelphat area of Imphal in Manipur. It was established in the year 1993 by the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Govt. of India.
The university offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral programs in various streams of Agriculture. Available streams are Fisheries, Community Science, Agricultural Engineering and more. There are also available courses in Horticulture, food Technology, Agricultural Science & Post Harvest Technology.
Central Agricultural university has a great Infrastructure, it is has a lush green campus with independent academic and administration Blocks, Hostel, Libraries, sports ground, lab, etc.
Placements in the college are very good. Almost 70% of the students got govt. jobs and other got jobs as private jobs.
