Four Days Intensive Workshop on Six Sigma Green Belt by CASTEK ACADEMY

The Four-Day Intensive Green Belt certification program provides a deep understanding of each step in the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology and many of the associated analysis tools.

The program combines lecture, class exercises, case studies & team exercises.

Green Belt

Green Belt is an individual who works on projects part time either as a team member of the team doing big projects or project leader for the simpler projects. Green Belt training involves understanding of Six Sigma principles and basic statistics. Introduction to DMAIC approach to solve problems and various statistical tools used for quality deployment will be covered.

Course Objective

To provide intensive hands-on practice on Six Sigma tools for implementers along with use of world-famous MINITAB tool, so that they can initiate and carry through Six Sigma Projects at their workplace.
