Plus you can track them and watch their screen so that you dont have to worry, whether they are working or not.

We can provide consulting/specialist/experts @ 5-10$/hr. Rate will told based on candidate expectation or rate of similar candidate.

You can interview the resource before engaging. You can try a resource free for 1 weeks. After that it will chargeable and you remove them with 1 week notice (or immediately by paying 1 weeks, you still dont loose anything as you got 1 week free initially).

Say you are not completely happy with a resource, but still want them, you can decide how much value they brought to project in 2 weeks trial (minimum allowed rate is 2$/hr). We will have discuss with the candidate that we will renewing their contract but at less rate, if they agree they continue working in your project as long lead /you wishes. We will have lead in project. We aim to have 10-20% rate rise every year for anyone earning less than 10$/hr.

We aim to provide best living condition in world. Good food, good environment, good entertainment, good culture, good socializing facility. As about fun, we have many options, plus every person can request any facility they need for entertainment as long as it is for common use. Cricket, Badminton, TT, football, Hockey etc (plan to have dozen of sporting/games facilities)...we take every request seriously yes the person may be asked to coordinate the implementation via 3rd party contractors in huge amount of land we own. We also aim to organise outing every quarter. We also plan to have performing art center, culture center, science center, social center etc. In short we aim to make life as meaningful to a person and enable them to do what they like to do in life as long it does not harm anyone.

We have minute to minute screen capture for each resources, along with 24hr cctv capture. We have power backup and 3 sources of internet. You can view what each person where doing in 5min view or 10min view or hourly view or daily view. Minute view is also available upon request. Computer sleeps in 5min and we stop clocking billing time automatically (hours from documented meetings are automatically added). Cell phone, electronics, USB drive etc are not allowed in office. Company provide them in case needed for project.
